This unit features two main bedrooms, one overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and one overlooking the Lagoon. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please. The condo has recently been renovated with all new furniture and fresh paint throughout.

The main offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers another king bed and views of the gulf and private bath. These two rooms share a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The third room offers a queen and twin bunk bed. The Fourth bedroom has a king bed, en suit bathroom, and private balcony. The lagoon front bedroom has a sleeper sofa. This unit has a large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. The kitchen is stocked and has an under counter ice maker to enjoy! This unit gives you the best of both worlds!

The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!

When your ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
