The dining space seats four, with three more spots at the kitchen counter, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs. From a standard coffee maker to a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender—meals and snacks are a breeze. A washer and dryer are also on hand for added convenience.

*Final payment due 30 days before arrival for stays less than 14 days, but stays 14 days or longer are due 90 days prior to arrival. Stays of 14+ nights must be paid in full 90 days before arrival by check or you may use a credit card for a 3% fee.
*We use sanitized quilts (not comforters) between each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, please pack accordingly.
*Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
