This Orange Beach direct beachfront condo features a beautiful double layer outdoor pool, chracoal grilling area, an heated indoor pool, whirlpool/hot tub, a dry sauna and exercise room with men's and women's showers. Across the street, where we have overflow parking and a meeting room, we also have tennis courts, basic pickleball courts, basketball hoop, handball court, putting green and more. Summer House is in excellent proximity to many other activities in the area.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
