*Parking: Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. In communications sent to guests are encouraged to prepay and save $10. There is a 2 vehicle maximum.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.
