This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property. Granite counter-tops throughout unit, new carpet in bedrooms, all new furniture and paint throughout this unit. It is completely remodeled. The master bedroom is carpeted and has a king size bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is carpeted and has two full size beds along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom has a king size bed with large flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping! This unit is in a great location on the 8th floor at Phoenix VI. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

*Parking: Parking is not included in your rental. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $55 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $65. In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
