Phoenix VII is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State park. The State park now features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State park pier! There are plenty of watersports to enjoy close by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Popular building Phoenix VII boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large Gulf front outdoor pool area with a 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, Gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

The kitchen is equipped with all of your food preparation, preservation, and cooking needs including, but not limited to: refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker, durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
