This east CORNER UNIT is located on the 7th floor. The spacious master bedroom hosts a cozy queen size bed, large dresser, 32" flat screen television with cable, ceiling fan and access to a private balcony through a sliding glass door. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink with vanity, toilet, and walk in closet with plenty of room for all of your clothes/shoes. The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 comfy full size beds, 32" flat screen television, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet for all of your hanging apparel. The 3rd bedroom hosts a cozy queen size bed, dresser, television, ceiling fan, and closet. Enjoy a FREE WiFi INTERNET connection in the unit and in the Lobby!

The living area in this unit is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. In the living area you will enjoy a large sunbrella sofa(non-sleeper), 2 well sized comfy chairs, 1 beanbag seat/foot stool, large coffee table great for board games, 42" flat screen HDTV with DVD player and cable, floor lamps, and ceiling fan. The Gulf front dining area includes a large wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with, but not limited to: refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker, durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils. This being a corner unit, it has a large wraparound balcony with an outdoor table, 4 chairs, 1 lounger, and a reclined back chair. Enjoy coffee, reading, and meals from your balcony as you watch the dolphins swim beside the coastline every morning. The sunrises and sunsets are the most amazing live paintings you will ever see. Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

*Parking: Parking is paid separately. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay:

While guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay:

In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Passes are $60 each.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
