You don't have to miss any workouts because the fully equipped fitness center overlooks the beach! Rental of wave runners, beach chairs and umbrellas are available with service provided directly in front of the condo! San Carlos has 1800 square foot of meeting space for rent with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for a beach wedding or family reunion. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
